Class Update
Hi Crew,
I am so excited that the weather is warmer and sunny! For those who train on Saturday, we can finally move our classes to the park. We will train at 4:30 pm till sunset. Afterwards, we will hang out and socialize at a safe distance in the park. Those who cannot attend can still train via Zoom; however, we will not be having the Zoom class at 2 pm. This class time is shifting to the 4:30 pm training time. Please contact me if you would like to would like to train via Zoom or at the park. Those who wish to socialize afterwards are welcome bring snacks and/or beverages of your choice, but please do not bring glass bottles. We hope to see you there!
Classes Cancelled for February 15th
Hi Crew,
Due to inclement weather, all classes are canceled for tonight. The Maryland Heights Community Center will be closing at 5 pm. Students are welcome to make up up this class on a Wednesday at the same time their class is scheduled. Please contact me if you need further accommodations. Have a warm and safe evening!
