Reminder: No classes on Monday, October 31st, due to Halloween. Also, all next week students are welcome to wear their Halloween costumes to class. Please make sure that students can be barefoot and appropriate attire is worn under any dresses or robes. Students will be doing kicks, sit ups, and kata.
